Fleetway Travel Ltd – ATOL 2748 has ceased trading on 13 July 2020.

The company based in London traded under the names Fleetway, Fleetway Travel, Late Bargains, Exclusive Luxury Breaks, Phone & Fly, Explorer’s Collection, Travelsmart, Silversurfers Holidays, Luxury Holiday Collection, Sail Away and website

Bookings which do not include a flight element are not covered by the ATOL scheme and consumers should contact

We have now received Fleetway Travel Ltd’s booking data and will use this to email ATOL consumers (via the email they provided as part of their booking) with more information on how they should claim.

If you booked a flight inclusive package holiday with Fleetway Travel Ltd or your flight inclusive Fleetway Travel Ltd booking was cancelled due to Covid-19 and you have not received an email from us by  Monday 27 July, please first check that this has not gone into your junk/spam mail folder. Then please contact our call centre on 0300 303 2800 with your booking details to hand.

Travel Agents Information

If you are a travel agent of Fleetway Travel Ltd and you are currently holding consumer payments which you have not yet paid to Fleetway Travel Ltd you are advised not to refund consumers with these funds until you have received instructions from the Air Travel Trust.  Travel agents will be individually contacted by the CAA with specific instructions for these bookings.

The UK CAA has the power to prosecute offences related to its statutory functions. Person(s) who make fraudulent ATOL claims, following the failure of an ATOL holder, may be prosecuted by the UK CAA for offences under section 1 of the Fraud Act 2006. The maximum sentence for this offence is 10 years’ imprisonment.
