Pan Express Business Travel Ltd – ATOL 5682 ceased trading on 3 July 2020.
The company based in Harrow traded under the names Pan Express, Pan Express Travel, Pan Express Business Travel, Ahoy Cruises, Ahoy Holidays and Ahoy Getaways and websites panexpress.co.uk, PanexpressTravel.co.uk, Ahoycruises.co.uk and Ahoyholidays.co.uk.

Consumers with flight inclusive package bookings
If you have flight inclusive package booking you may make a claim for a refund up to the amount you paid to Pan Express Business Travel Ltd for your ATOL Protected package, depending upon your original method of payment. For details of your claim entitlements you are advised to read the ATT Payment Policy.
Payments made directly to Pan Express Business Travel Ltd by credit card for your original trip, should be claimed from your credit card issuer. Payments to Pan Express Business Travel Ltd by other methods or through an agent should be claimed from ATOL.
If you have a flight ticket, your flight should be valid, and you should still be able to travel.
The best way to check is to contact the airline. You may only make a claim from ATOL, if you received a Flight-Only ATOL Certificate and do not have a ticket. If you have received a flight voucher you may not make an ATOL claim and should contact the airline.
If you received a Flight-Only ATOL Certificate and do not have a ticket or voucher and you paid by credit card directly to Pan Express Business Travel Ltd your claim will be with the credit card issuer. Payments to Pan Express Business Travel Ltd by other methods should be claimed from ATOL.
Travel Agents Information
If you are a travel agent of Pan Express Business Travel Ltd and you are currently holding consumer payments which you have not yet paid to Pan Express Business Travel Ltd you are advised not to refund consumers with these funds until you have received instructions from the Air Travel Trust. Travel agents will be individually contacted by the CAA with specific instructions for these bookings
The UK CAA has the power to prosecute offences related to its statutory functions. Person(s) who make fraudulent ATOL claims, following the failure of an ATOL holder, may be prosecuted by the UK CAA for offences under section 1 of the Fraud Act 2006. The maximum sentence for this offence is 10 years’ imprisonment.
