Reporting travel related fraud

With a significant number of airlines and travel companies in the world, cyber criminals are often attracted to the high value services that they offer.

Unfortunately, this means that each year many of you are targeted by fraudsters and are at risk of spending large sums of money on a holiday, or a part of a holiday, that you later learn does not exist.

You should be extra vigilant when searching for flight seats or flight inclusive package, and review our guidance on Avoiding Travel Related Fraud for tips on what to look out for when making a booking.

Reporting potential fraud

If you think you may have been a victim of fraud, make sure to report it to Action Fraud, the UK’s national reporting centre for fraud and cybercrime by visiting www.actionfraud.police.uk
