Failure of Adventure Lifesigns Limited
Adventure Lifesigns Limited – ATOL 9303 has ceased trading as an ATOL holder on 6th August 2025
The company based in Surrey traded under the names Lifesigns Group and website www.adventurelifesigns.co.uk.

Group Bookings
Only one ATOL claim can be submitted per booking.
We are communicating directly with the relevant school, organisation, or group leader regarding the ATOL claims process. We will not be inviting on-line claim submissions using the CAA ATOL Claims Portal for this failure.
If you made payments directly to Adventure Lifesigns Limited for a trip organised by a school, please contact the school. They will advise you on the information they need from you in order to submit a single ATOL claim on behalf of all participants.
Methods of payment
Payments Made by Credit Card
In accordance with the Air Travel Trust’s Payment Policy, which is available to read in full on the ATOL website, and the ATT’s agreement with the Merchant Acquirer for Adventure Lifesigns Limited; individuals who made payments by credit card should submit a claim to their credit card issuer for the portion they paid by credit card.
Payments Made by PayPal
If you made payments to Adventure Lifesigns Limited using PayPal, under the User Agreement for PayPal Services, individuals may be protected by the PayPal Buyer Protection scheme, so you should submit a claim to PayPal directly for these payments.
If PayPal is unable to issue a refund, in order for ATOL to consider these values, the relevant school, organisation, or group leader will need to obtain:
- A written confirmation from PayPal detailing the reason the payer was unable to obtain a refund from the PayPal Buyer Protection scheme.
Time limit for making a claim to ATOL by 5th August 2026.
