Know your travel rights

We understand that sometimes, not everything goes to plan on your holiday and how frustrating this can be.

However, we are unable to step in and act against travel companies if you have had issues on your holiday such as the quality of service or food, state of repair or cleanliness on aeroplanes or at airports, hotels and other accommodation etc.

If something goes wrong with your holiday, the first thing you should do is contact your travel company who can assist you with any issues and make alternative arrangements if necessary.
